Welcome back guys, and we will be continuing from where we stopped yesterday, how to make money from blogging.
I will not discuss everything here, since I will be giving you the ebook and they are already in there.
It will be more interesting if you study it at your convinient, and splitting a 150 pages ebook into a premium WhatsApp class will only be cheating to you, as you won't get access to all the information.

There are so many ways to monetize your blog, and we will be seeing them one by one.
Before we talk about them, take note that the exact way you keep your blog is the way it will keep you.
If you keep it as a hobby, it will keep you as one too. If you take it like your business, you will become it's business... Lol.
Okay, about getting traffic, there are two major things you need to invest.
Either you invest your energy and time, or your money.
Take for instance, when I was advertising the Blogging Masterclass I invested my money.
I paid Facebook and they were running ads for me, while I went back to making more money.
Someone else can decide to save his money, and keep on sharing the offers to different Facebook and WhatsApp groups, and even forums.
Another can even decide to invest his energy and money together, it's all for the best.
No matter what, run your blog like you have a wicked boss who will sack you if you don't do things right.
That is the only way to get to the paradise of the career.
Now, about the different ways of monetising your website, we'd be seeing them one after the other.
Ad Networks: These are one of the easiest ways of making money from your website, and millions of blogs depend solely on that.
They collect money from advertisers to display ads on your blog, and pay you a percentage of the revenue.
A typical example is the Google AdSense, and they also pay highest. They pay per click on the ads and per impression, ie 1000 page views.
The amount of money you make from the blog via AdSense depends on the places you get your traffic from.
Traffic from top tier countries like UK, US and Canada pay more than traffic from Ghana, Nigeria and other African countries, and the reason is this, advertisers who target these countries pay higher money because of competition.
Another good ad network with lesser requirements is MGID, and I am currently using it for InfoGuideAfrica. I cashed out more than $100 last month.
Media.net is also good, but they won't pay you as much as Google AdSense, and pay far lesser if your traffic is not from US, UK and Canada.
Our ebook, The Millionaire Next Door (one of the ebooks I will be dropping), covers over 30 other ad networks that pay well too, though Google AdSense is the best.
The second top way of making money from your blog is through affiliate marketing. This is very easy, and I have made more than $300 in a month from just one affiliate marketing offer.
This is how affiliate marketing works. I have shoes that I want to sell, you have a blog that you talk about fashion. You help me refer your blog visitors to purchase my shoes and make maybe $7 per successful purchase.
If you sell 20, you have just made $140 and so on.
It is not only fashion products that you can promote, even ebooks, software and much more.
One very interesting thing about affiliate marketing is that it has no business loss, and you can make money from any country in the world.
It also takes zero energy to make money from the system.
Let's say you have a business blog, you can refer people to buy an ebook that helped your life and earn commissions from that.
I have an ebook which I purchased online, Sell Like Crazy and it has really helped my affiliate marketing career
Now, I can tell you about it and when you purchase through my link, I earn some commissions.
That's all about it, it's very easy.
If you have even 700 loyal daily visitors, you can be making plenty money from them.

Cj.com, Amazon, Konga, Jumia, Warriorplus, Jvzoo
Please pay attention to the last two, they are very lucrative. Study a lot on them and read a lot of tutorials.
Get paid courses too, free authors don't always share everything.
Direct Advertisers: Direct advertisers can contact you if you get good traffic, and it is very easy. If you check the sidebar of InfoGuideAfrica.com, there are three links there advertising some essay stuff.
Someone paid me to keep them there for two years, and the contract will be ending next year. They will probably be renewing it, since we have been dealing since.
There are plenty others that I reject.
There are Facebook groups where you can join to get advertisers and sponsored posts on your blog.
I shared a lot of them in the ebook.
How do advertisers get to notice your blog?
There is something they call Alexa Ranking, and it shows the global ranking of any website from the first to the last.
For instance, Google is 1 Alexa rank, YouTube is 2 and Facebook is 3. Which means that Google is the most visited site in the world, followed by YouTube and Facebook.
There are so many tools for checking your Alexa ranking online, and one of my favorite is https://smallseotools.com/alexa-rank-checker/.
I also use the Alexa tool bar, if you're on PC, it is the best choice for you.
Now, when advertisers want to patronize any site, they do not hesitate to check your statistics so as to make sure you are worth what they are paying for, and one of such tools is this Alexa.
How can you grow your own?
I found a little trick which has helped me grow my own Alexa ranking of my new website with zero traffic (aside mine, I haven't shared it anywhere) to 180,000 Alexa.
Basically, Alexa thinks the website is the 180,000 most visited in the world out of over 20 million sites, and I get advertisers patronize me.
The trick is simple, download the Alexa tool bar. You can do that by visiting >> https://www.alexa.com/toolbar. It is available for only PC users currently.
When you visit your own site regularly and have this toolbar, it will boost your ranking a lot and thereby make you more money.
Before we continue to the next way of making money, we will digress a little.
Sponsored posts: Sponsored posts are another amazing way of making money online. On a good day, I make more than $40 from advertisers, and sometimes higher, sometimes, lower.
How possible is this?
There is something they call domain authority and page authority. When you have a domain authority of up to 20, you will begin to get sponsored posts to yourself.
They however do not come all the time, and there are Facebook groups which you can join to contact ready advertisers. I shared them in the ebook also.
How can you grow your domain authority?
One of the most effective ways of building your DA is by building backlinks to your site, and a backlink is a link leading back to your site.
For instance, you share your post to Nairaland and give a link telling people to read more on your blog, it is called a backlink.
All backlinks are not equal, and there are do-follow and no-follow backlinks which mean different things to search engines.
A do-follow backlink to the search engine, ie Google will mean, count me while a no-follow will mean, don't count me.
Information Marketing: This is also another amazing way of making money online. If you know anything that you think your audience will be interested in, then it is time to monetize it.
There are hot niches that convert well, and some others that do not convert. It depends on your choice. A niche like the business niche can make you more than 200,000 monthly with very low traffic from information marketing, while a niche like entertainment might not sell anything for you.
The information products vary from software to ebooks, audios and even infographics.
Online tutorials: You can also make money offering online courses on your website. Participants can pay up to 5,000 per course, depending on what you are teaching, and if you can get 20 you would have made some good money in 48 hours.
Selling of products: You can sell physical and digital products on your blog, and it all depends on you. Anything from cloths to watches and even books can sell well.
If you don't have yours, then go into dropshipping. I dropped the secret that helps me make more that 40,000 monthly from dropshipping, and with it you can sell hundreds of products that you do not have.
Blogging is very interesting, and there are tens of ways to make money from any particular website.
